Go to the Dorset Council website.  Follow the on-line process. Attachments are not permitted. There is a restriction of 2,000 words for your submission.  Therefore, we recommend submitting your response by email instead of on-line if it is greater than this. Attachments on emails are permitted of up to 10mB.  Have a look at what has been done above for the site Dorset Local Plan LA/WEYM/013 Wyke Oliver Farm (South) - that's a WORD doc of about 76kB or 30 pages which gets hundreds of pages of information over by using multiple hyperlinks and downloadable documents from google Drive.
